The Villa Malom edifice has been around for one and a half centuries. A long time ago it functioned as a mill. Its current owner saw some great opportunities in this distinguished edifice. He dreamed of a place where the past and the present meet, equally suited for relaxation and merriment, where simple antique objects and materials blend in luxurious style. And last but not least, where anyone can enjoy the enchanting milieu, in fact without even giving a thought to planning and organizing their holiday.
By any kind of Event the Guest can use Villa’s groundfloor territories inside and outside too. The 140+40-square-meter-large indoor pool, the large terrace around the large pool, adjoining the garden, the covered terrace, the provincial-style wine cellar, also adjoining the garden, and the winter garden, which can also be used as a home cinema and presentation room.

The property can be rented for photo and filming sessions, as well: wedding pictures, fashion shoots, commercials and music videos.
Electricity: 220V and 380V - In addition to 40A current.
On-site illumination and technical equipment: the façade of the building and the garden are illuminated with LED reflectors with a wall-grazing effect.
The areas and elements to be highlighted implement LED strips. Separate lighting fixtures can be placed on the property upon request.
The spacious winter garden (with direct access to the main garden), which can be used as a cinema or presentation room as well, with a fixed 240 X140 cm size (diagonal 270 cm), professional Runco projector, Bose sound system, blue-ray player and docking station.
If, after your event at the Villa Malom, you decide to take advantage of our accommodation service, as well, then the accommodation fee will be much cheaper, at a special price.

The hotel has 4 levels, each more than 500 square meters, where you can find four astonishing, luxurious rooms, and also a unique vast space.
Get from one level to another in a convenient lift. Relax in the pool, the sauna and infra-sauna, and a Jacuzzi for 5 Persons, the cinema, at the pool table, and also the wine gallery. The younger generation can take advantage of the Xbox or the PS4. We guarantee no one will be bored!
